 When will my order be dispatched?

- usually, it takes 12-25 working days for your items to be processed depending on how busy we are!

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

- Usually, 12-25 working days after dispatch (15-25 working days for international orders) If your Item has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch we will send out a free replacement, please contact us at: maria3602@yahoo.com for more info.

What is your refund Policy?

- Please Do NOT send items back to the manufacturing address listed on the packaging, we have a separate address for returns only :)

Do you offer exchanges?

unfortunately, we can only offer an exchange for an item if they are defective or damaged in transit, sorry!

What payment methods do you accept?

- We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and apple pay. We also accept payment via PayPal.
